怡主兒小厨房:百花釀海參

這次旅行特別勞累,特別是因水土不服造成的腸胃不適。朋友說要吃點兒滋補的東西,於是請我吃了海參。當然也激發了我有樣學樣的好奇心。

據說秦始皇找長生不老藥時,海參就被當作藥引子。熱量低,營養價值高,正適合我和妹妹當美容餐。今天做的是百花釀海參,用魚漿和大蝦填充海參,蒸好後淋上高湯醬汁,再配上翠綠的蔬菜和小巧的鵪鶉蛋,就是一道很棒的夏日輕晚餐!

When I was back in Beijing my friend offered me some mild and nourishing food. Sea cucumber is one of the best choices. It has been on the emperors’ longevity menu for more than 200 years!

Today I stuffed cucumber with fish cake and shrimp. Low calorie, full of nutrition, sea cucumber is the best dinner choice for my sister and I who don’t want to gain weight and try to eat light in summer.
